This table provides options for gender identification; a Preferred Gender field can be added to custom Employee Demographics layouts.

Preferred Gender is captured solely for information purposes only; Cority uses the birth Gender field in the Employee Demographics record is used for PFT calculations, audiometric calculations, eRx, SEG recalls, etc.
