Utilizing the Alberta Audiometry Regulation, this report displays employees' Audiogram test results by Abnormal Audiogram, Abnormal Shift, or Abnormal Audiogram or Shift. The report can be filtered by membership in a Hearing Conservation SEG. |
Audiometric Employee Letters |
Print a batch of employee letters without having to open each employee’s record; option to save letters and change Employee Letter Generated flag to Yes in each record. |
Audiometric Questionnaire Out of Range Responses |
Displays numeric questions and employee responses where those responses fall outside the low and high range of acceptable responses in the Audiometric module. |
Audiometric Questionnaire Response Counts |
Textual count and percentage report of user responses to questions in Questionnaires in the Audiometric module. Graphs of responses can also be generated. |
Audiometric Questionnaire Responses |
Questions and user responses to questionnaires in the Audiometric module. |
Audiometric Recalls |
List of active employees who are being recalled for periodic or routine audiometric testing. |
Audiometric Shift and Impairment |
This report supports OSHA, UK, Alberta, Quebec and South Africa regulations. The sub-reports display employee test results by STS, OSHA Shifts, Binaural Impairment, .5K, 1K, 2K, 3K, 4K, 6K averages in ears greater than/equal to 25 dB, or Shifts greater than 5dB. The report can be filtered by membership in a Hearing Conservation SEG. |
Employee Hearing Summary |
History of an employee's Audiometric hearing tests and a graph of the most recent hearing test against the employee's baseline test, based on the Audiometric Regulation chosen in system settings. |
Speech Frequency Hearing Analysis |
Test results with a .5, 1K, 2K average over a specified threshold. Displays the .5, 1K, 2K average, asymmetry, STS and employee audiometric hearing test results. |
